Matrix E1 is a compact-footprint 5-axis vertical gantry center for roughing-to-finishing of medium workpieces in steel, light alloy and composites, configured for molds/dies, aerostructures and composites. A 2.5 m bridge over a 1 m-wide table with Z depth to 1.2 m and a 28,000 rpm head. Dual Drive X/Y axes and C-axis to ±305°.
