The Materia is Biesse's high-performance 5-axis processing range for advanced and composite materials, resins, stratified mould models and aluminium, serving aeronautics, marine, automotive and moulding sectors. Its bi-rotary head enables continuous 5-axis interpolation for complex three-dimensional and high-tolerance parts, with the FC offered on an overhead mobile-gantry structure and choice of Siemens or Heidenhain control. Variants (CL compact, MR mobile gantry, LD double-edge trimming) target different footprints and applications.
