The PANELBuilder is a purpose-built system for panel and cladding fabricators, pairing AXYZ router hardware with dedicated nesting/production software for ACM, MCM, HPL and fiber-cement sheets. It supports pendulum processing for continuous load/unload, automatic tool changing and an optional automatic stud-welding system. Configurations run 72.5 to 103 inches wide and up to 50 feet long at 2,000 ipm traverse.
